1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use BesideYou. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18+.

2. User Generated Content

Users are responsible for the characters they create. BesideYou is a platform (Intermediary under IT Act 2000). We do not endorse user-generated content.

3. Prohibited Content

You may NOT create characters that:

• Impersonate real people (Deepfakes/Identity Theft).
• Depict minors or sexual violence (Strictly Prohibited).
• Promote hate speech or illegal acts.

Violating this will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

4. Grievance Redressal

If you find content violating these terms, please report it via our Support Page. We will take action within 24 hours.
